About Us

Founded in 2006, KKC Synergy Sdn Bhd has spent nearly two decades refining the art and discipline of petrol station and commercial building construction across Peninsular Malaysia.

What began as a specialist construction outfit built on decades of hands-on field expertise has evolved into a CIDB G7-registered EPCC turnkey contractor — one of a select few capable of managing the full development lifecycle from land evaluation and development order procurement through to engineering, construction, and commissioning.

We don't simply build structures. We navigate the complexities that most contractors avoid — local council approvals, utility coordination across multiple agencies, and the regulatory precision required to fast-track a project from bare land to operational facility. This end-to-end capability is what our clients pay for, and what sets us apart.
